OPP seek public assistance in search for missing Freelton man near Luther Marsh
On Monday around 5:15 p.m., officers responded to a report of an abandoned vehicle in a ditch at the corner of Line 4 and East West Luther Townline in Arthur, just south of the Luther Marsh Wildlife Management Area.
