An animated video has been released for Leonard Cohen's "Leaving the Table," taken from the later singer-songwriter's final album.

Cohen died last November at the age of 82, soon after the release of his album "You Want It Darker."

On September 19, an animated video for the track "Leaving the Table" was released. Directed by Christopher Mills and co-produced by Mills and the artist's son, Adam Cohen, the surrealist video acts as a sort of tribute to the elder Cohen, following a man who resembles him as he floats to various destinations.

The video was premiered at the Gala for Canada's Polaris Music Prize before hitting the web.

Also this week, the Cohen family announced that a memorial concert for Cohen will take place in Montreal on November 6. Tickets go on sale Saturday for the show, called "Tower of Song" and set to feature Elvis Costello, Lana Del Rey, Feist, Philip Glass, K.D. Lang, Sting and more.
