Jessica Alba - who has children Honor, six, and two-year-old Haven, with husband Cash Warren - has stripped off for several magazine shoots and film roles in the past, but the brunette beauty doesn't like to read herself described as "sexy".

Speaking in the new issue of Loaded magazine, the 33-year-old said: "I think a lot of women with children are sexy. It's weird thinking that because you have children you don't have ownership or you can't have sex appeal.

"You don't stop becoming a woman, that's for sure. And it does make me laugh when my name appears in those 'sexiest actress' polls because that is just not who I am.

"Everyone who knows me well knows that I am a real prude!"

Alba reprises her role as stripper Nancy Callahan in 'Sin City: A Dame to Kill For' - the sequel to the 2005 movie - but she doesn't taking her clothes off for movie scenes and has a nudity clause written into her contract which states she won't be stripping for her roles.

She added: "It is make-believe. I am not naïve about the way Hollywood works. I know that sex sells movie tickets. But a good director can make a scene sexy without me taking my top off."
