SPRINGFIELD, N.S. -- The RCMP in Nova Scotia say a woman is dead after a snowmobile crash in Kings County.
Police say they were called to a groomed trail in the community of Armstrong Lake around 3 p.m. Saturday.
They say a 29-year-old woman from Halifax had crashed her snowmobile into a tree.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
A male passenger received minor injuries.
