HALIFAX -- RCMP in Halifax say they have charged two people in connection with a robbery and stabbing at a local high school.

Police say they responded to a stabbing incident following a verbal altercation on the property of Auburn High School on Thursday.

They say an 18 year-old-man from Mineville sustained minor injuries after he was stabbed in the leg.

Police say they arrested three suspects after they turned themselves in on Friday.

One person was released without charges, while a 17-year-old boy faces several charges including robbery and assault causing bodily harm.

Police say a 20-year-old woman also faces a robbery charge, while a fourth suspect, an 18-year-old girl, has not been located.
