    The National Rifle Association cannot use bankruptcy to reorganize in gun-friendly Texas, a federal judge in Dallas ruled on Tuesday, handing a defeat to the influential firearms rights group that is facing an effort to dissolve it in New York state.

Levels of both employment and savings are strong, yet 36 per cent of non-homeowners under the age of 40 have given up on owning a home. And what is worse: 62 per cent of Canadians say that most people will be priced out of the housing market in the next decade, according to the RBC Spring Housing Poll.
