Pickup truck goes up in flames in Tiny Township

One pickup truck went up in flames on Monday night leaving a plume of dark smoke along a side road in Tiny Township.

Multiple witnesses made the call to 911 just before dark, sending emergency responders to Concession Road 6, just west of Baseline Road.

When crews arrived to the fiery scene around 9 p.m., they were faced with smoke and flames coming from the truck.

Firefighters say they quickly determined that the vehicle was a complete loss, with nothing left to salvage.

Fire officials did confirm to CTV that the driver made it out with zero injuries.

The cause of the blaze remains unknown according to the Fire Chief with the Township of Tiny Fire and Emergency Services.
