Crews find body while extinguishing vehicle fire in Caledon

Provincial police are investigating after a body was found inside a car that was on fire in Caledon.

OPP say emergency crews responded to the car fire north of the intersection of Dixie Road and King Street, around 1:50 p.m.

The vehicle was engulfed when crews arrived and the body of a man was located inside. The identity of the deceased has not been released.

Details are slim and the investigation is ongoing.
