Man arrested after Lower Northfield, N.S., residents told to shelter in place
The Nova Scotia RCMP is telling Lower Northfield, N.S., residents to shelter in place as they search for a “dangerous man who may be armed” in the area Wednesday afternoon, according to a news release.
