Police say a man in his 40s has died after being pulled from an indoor swimming pool at a Scarborough building.

A male in his 40s has died after police say he was pulled from a pool in Scarborough.

According to police, the man was found unresponsive at a pool at a building on Mondeo Drive, located near Birchmount and Ellesmere roads, on Wednesday night.

Police did not provide further details about the incident, saying only that it is not believed to be criminal in nature.
