TORONTO - The Maple Leafs have reached out to the Toronto fan who says he was assaulted after watching his team win in Boston.

The Leafs gave Kyle Hay two tickets for Game 4 in Toronto on Wednesday night.

The 23-year-old from nearby Oshawa said he was knocked out when he was sucker-punched by a Bruins fan in the wake of Toronto's 4-2 win at TD Garden on Saturday.

Hay said he received three staples in the back of his head and suffered a concussion.
