Former Montreal Canadiens defenceman P.K. Subban’s Montreal condo is up for sale, according to reports.

The 1,887-square-foot unit at 1227 Sherbrooke St. W. - just steps from the Bell Centre - is listed for $1,395,000 on the Sotheby’s Canada website.

Subban was traded to the Nashville Predators in June for defenceman Shea Webber. Montreal fans reacted with shock and anger to the departure of magnetic sports personality. Some were enraged to the point of burning his number 76 jerseys.

The luxurious three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom unit has been is adorned with marble and hardwood throughout the large modern kitchen and open living areas – perfect for impromptu games of mini stick hockey.

A large walk-in closet provides ample space for fashion-forward future residents. One image provided by Sotheby’s features a familiar-looking burgundy coat inside – perhaps a nod to Subban’s often flamboyant taste in apparel.
