Action director Michael Bay had a bizarre on-stage meltdown at a Samsung press event on Monday after flubbing his lines and awkwardly walking off stage in front of a packed crowd.

The “Transformers” director, who was the big guest speaker at the company’s launch of its new 150-inch curved TV, was introduced by Samsung executive Joe Stinziano and seemed to start off strong.

“My job as a director, I get to dream for a living,” Bay told the crowd.

But Bay quickly lost his composure after realizing that the teleprompters at the venue were not working.

“I create visual worlds that are so beyond everyone’s normal life experiences and Hollywood is a place that creates a viewer escape and I what I try to do as a director...um…the type is all off, sorry,” Bay said, pacing back and forth.

“Let’s just wing this. We, we’ll just wing this right now,” he said.

But after a long pause, Bay walked off the stage, leaving Stinziano to ad-lib the presentation on his own.
