A 28-year-old Saskatoon man was killed in a crash near Martensville on Tuesday. Around 5:20 p.m. on June 10, the Warman RCMP detachment received a report of a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Highway 12 and Lutheran Road in Martensville, the Saskatchewan RCMP said in a news release. Responding officers, local firefighters and paramedics arrived at the scene to find a truck and car involved in the collision. Police say the driver of the car was taken to hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. His family has been notified. He was the sole occupant of the vehicle. The driver of the truck, who was also alone in the vehicle, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to hospital for treatment.
