One person has died following a single-vehicle rollover crash in Saskatoon early Saturday morning. Saskatoon police say the collision happened on the westbound off-ramp to Highway 16 from Idylwyld Drive around 3 a.m. The Saskatoon Fire Department says crews arrived to find one vehicle on its roof. Four occupants were located, including three who had been ejected from the vehicle and one who was trapped inside. Police say a 24-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene, while a 21-year-old man, a 24-year-old man and a 22-year-old woman were taken to hospital with serious injuries. Police say the collision analyst unit continues to investigate the collision. As a result of the crash, several full road closures were in effect Saturday. Earlier the City said the westbound Highway 16 exit from northbound Idylwyld Drive was closed, along with both southbound lanes of Idylwyld Drive at Marquis Drive. Idylwyld Drive southbound from Martensville toward Marquis Drive was also fully closed.
