RCMP say pit bull stolen in N.S. home invasion

HALIFAX - Halifax-area RCMP say a pit bull was taken during an alleged home invasion.

Police say two men armed with a handgun entered a home on Smokey Drive in Lower Sackville around 4:30 p.m. Sunday.

A 19-year-old man was home at the time, but was unhurt.

Police say several items were taken including the dog.
