OTTAWA -- The prime minister meets today in Ottawa with the Aga Khan, the Imam of the Nizari Ismailis.

Stephen Harper will hold a private meeting with the Aga Khan on Parliament Hill before the spiritual leader addresses the House of Commons.

The Aga Khan is considered to be a direct descendant of Muhammad, the founder of Islam.
