A young man was found dead in a pool in Montreal’s Pointe-aux-Trembles neighbourhood on Monday morning. Montreal police (SPVM) said that a 911 call at around 11:10 a.m. reported an unconscious person in a pool on 43rd Avenue near Alberic-Gelinas Street. Officers responded to find the 22-year-old man unconscious. “The paramedics of Urgences-Santé, sadly, verified the death of the man,” said SPVM spokesperson Julien Levesque. A perimeter has been set up, and the investigation is continuing.
