Zelda Williams, the daughter of late actor and comedian Robin Williams, is back on social media after facing criticism following her father's death three weeks ago.

Her post Tuesday was the words "Thank you" with a link to her tumblr blog. The blog quotes Harvey Fierstein and reads: "Never be bullied into silence. Never allow yourself to be made a victim. Accept no ones definition of your life; define yourself."

She abandoned her social media accounts following what she called "cruel and unnecessary" messages after her father’s death. She wrote she was going to step away from Twitter, Tumblr and Instagram "for a good long time, maybe forever."

At least two users sent Zelda disturbing images and verbal attacks. One of the images was a Photoshopped picture claiming to be Robin's corpse.

Before temporarily deleting her account, Zelda spent some time responding to critics, but has since deleted those posts.

This was her final tweet until Monday.

Following the death of her father, she shared a quote from Antoine de Saint-Exupery's book The Little Prince.

She ended the message with her own words writing, "I love you. I miss you. I'll try to keep looking up."

Zelda is the daughter of Robin and ex-wife Marsha Garces. She is named after the famous game The Legend of Zelda because, according to Robin, he and Garces were addicted to the game right before she was born.
