Bushmills BBQ Sauce by Chris Mentier

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bushmills whiskey
  • 4 cups ketchup
  • 1/2 cup mustard
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 oz Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 oz soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp black pepper, ground
  • 1 tsp all spice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

Mix all wet ingredients together, all dry together and then mix the dry with the wet. Keep in the fridge until ready to use.
