Following eight years at the best-known residential address in the U.S., President Barack Obama and his family will reportedly be heading to a more modest home in an upscale Washington, D.C., neighbourhood.
The Obama family will be leasing an 8,200-square-foot home in D.C.'s Kalorama neighbourhood after they leave the White House in January.
According to real estate firm Washington Fine Properties, the nine bedroom, eight-and-a-half bathroom home was originally built in the 1920s and underwent a "meticulous renovation" in 2011.
