Jessica Alba has become "more considerate" since turning 30.

The 'Fantastic 4' actress has had her second daughter, Haven Garner, with husband Cash Warren in August and said motherhood and hitting the landmark age have both contributed to her becoming more selfless.

Jessica - who also has three-year-old Honor Marie with Cash - said: "I feel like I'm much more considerate and can give more of myself than I could before, as I was so caught up in being self-aware and being a people pleaser that I almost got in my own way. Now I'm at ease with myself.

"I'm definitely more grounded and secure in my choices. My priorities are completely different and I care a lot less about what people think of me who aren't my family or friends."

Jessica admits she can get a "little nutty" by being made to stay inside all day to breastfeed and tend to her new arrival, but Cash gives her as much support as he can to help her through the first few months of becoming a mother again.

She told Britain's OK! magazine: "You get a little landlocked when you're breastfeeding and you feel like you have to get out of the house for an hour, but luckily I've had a lot of support. I am super emotional and hormonal, but that's just what happens when you have a baby. Cash is good at putting it into perspective when I get a little nutty!"
