Tori Spelling's husband has given her a belated 'push' present.
The former 'Beverly Hills 90210' star -- who gave birth to the her fourth child, Finn Davey, in August after spending the last four months of her pregnancy in and out of hospital on bed rest - was surprised with an expensive 10-carat cabochon-cut jade and gold ring from her husband Dean McDermott recently by celebrity jeweller Neil Lane.
The jeweller to the stars - who also designed the couple's wedding bands and an antique gold and coral ring for the actress's sixth wedding anniversary - told People.com: "I got a call from Dean and he said he was really late but he wanted to get Tori a very special push present to celebrate the birth of baby Finn.
"He wanted something pretty, but different. He really cares and said he'd been thinking about it for a long time.
"Tori loves green, she loves perfectly rounded stones like this one and the abstract floral style is just beautiful.
"Dean adores her and he looks at jewellery as a connection to the relationship [to mark] milestones in their life. The ring was a token of his love, affection and appreciation of their love and this new baby. They're really happy and romantic!"
Tori - who also share three other children, Liam Aaron, five, Stella Doreen, four, and Hattie Margaret, 15 months with Dean - recently said he is a "super dad" and she is still amazed by how well her spouse of six years coped looking after their other children while she was treated in hospital.
She said: "He was dealing with so much, but he was always really positive. We had date nights every Tuesday ... Dean would spend the night at the hospital on a cot next to me and we'd talk."
Tori was diagnosed with potentially-fatal placenta previa - a condition where the placenta covers the cervix and causes internal bleeding - at 20 weeks into her pregnancy with Finn but Dean remained positive throughout as he knew he had to stay strong.
