ATLANTA -- Bobby Brown says in a statement that he feels "completely numb" after the death of his daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown.

Bobby Brown said in the statement Monday that 22-year-old Bobbi Kristina was an angel. Bobbi Kristina died Sunday at Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth, Ga., about six month after she was found, face-down and unresponsive in a bathtub in her suburban Atlanta townhome on Jan. 31.

A police report described it as a drowning.

Bobbi Kristina was the only child of Whitney Houston and R&B singer Bobby Brown.

The Fulton County Medical Examiner's Office says an autopsy will be needed to evaluate what led to the death of Bobbi Kristina. The medical examiner said additional lab testing might take several weeks.
