A woman’s angry reaction when she learned she missed a ferry in British Columbia has gone viral.

The video posted to a Facebook page called “Spotted in Victoria” shows a woman yelling after learning she missed her ferry. While the Facebook post says the woman’s outburst was prompted by the boat being full, BC Ferries says the woman had in fact missed her boarding time by three minutes.

The woman, wheeling a small black suitcase behind her and carrying two shoulder bags, can be seen turning from the counter and walking away before she begins screaming.

She is heard saying, “You have no idea what it means to people” as she walks out of the ferry terminal.

The 30-second video was posted around noon on Monday, and has been viewed more than 406,000 times since. It also has more than 1,750 comments, and has been shared more than 4,900 times.

Comments posted under the video ranged from sympathy for a woman who was clearly having a bad day, to sympathy for the employee behind the counter.

Pavitar Sidhu, who runs Spotted in Victoria, told CTV News that the video was filmed on New Year’s Eve.

“I think a lot of us can sympathize with the woman for being upset in that scenario since I'm certain we've all had similar experiences,” Pavitar said. “But it's 2015, and someone recorded it.”
