Winnipeg Police say that two children missing for five days have been safely located.
Police tweeted the news Friday night to confirm that the children, a 9-year-old boy and 11-year-old girl, were found in Winnipeg.
Police said they will release more details Saturday.
The two children were gone for five days after a caregiver reported them missing on Monday. Police issued a Canada-wide arrest warrant for Sandra Giesbrecht, 44, on Wedensday.
An Amber alert was not issued for the missing kids.
