CALEDON, Ont. - Two Toronto-area men who allegedly posed as doctors at a private addiction treatment centre have been charged in a fraud investigation.

Provincial police say the men, who worked at the Addiction Canada Treatment Centre in Caledon, Ont., aren't licensed to practice medicine in Ontario.

Richard Tucker, 30, of Mississauga, is charged under the Regulated Health Professions Act with using the title of doctor.

Munish N. Malik, 46, of Richmond Hill, is charged with personation and fraud.

Police say the investigation continues.
