Police have released images of a person of interest in connection with a stabbing in the parking lot of a Vaughan, Ont. theme park.

York Regional Police responded to a weapons call on Sunday shortly after 12:30 a.m. at Canada's Wonderland, located at 9580 Jane St.

When officers arrived, they found two male victims suffering from stab wounds. One of them, 21-year-old Kevin Ramkalawan, succumbed to his injuries at the scene.

The other, an unidentified 18-year-old male, was transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries. He remains in hospital in stable condition.

Investigators are looking to speak with a person of interest who was seen in the area shortly after the incident occurred.

The photo released Thursday shows a black male wearing a black tracksuit with an Aeropostale hooded sweatshirt.
