An Ottawa man is speaking publicly about the alleged human trafficking ring run by teenage girls, saying he helped to break it up.

Two 15-year-old girls were arrested last week on charges of human trafficking, sexual assault and procuring for prostitution, among other charges.

Police allege the teens, who can't be identified, helped lure three female victims to an Ottawa residence where they were then driven to other locations "for the purposes of prostitution. "

Police say they have reports of three such incidents involving victims between the ages of 13 and 17.

Donald Derouchie says one of the underage victims was brought to his house against her will. He says he quickly called police.

"These two girls that brought this girl here thought I had other intentions. What were they thinking?" Derouchie told CTV Ottawa, his face pixelated to hide his face.

Derouchie says a few months ago, he was looking for companionship on online dating sites when he met a woman on Craigslist. Then a few weeks back, he got a phone call from the woman, saying someone wanted to meet him.

A few hours later, two young females brought a girl to his house who appeared to be a minor. He says the girl was dressed "disgustingly" for her age and was wearing heavy make-up.

"Oh my God, that poor little girl. I can't get her out of my head," Derouchie says.

After the young women who brought the girl to his home left, the girl broke down in tears, Derouchie says.

He says he tried to call police, but the girl begged him not to. He gave the girl a change of clothes and paid for a cab to take her home, he says.

Derouchie says he hasn't been able to sleep since the incident.

"I'm consumed with this, I can't sleep. I'm hurting just like she is," he says.

Derouchie says his life will never be the same after the incident.

"Thank God it was me at the door. What if it was somebody else who was standing there?" he said.

Two 15-year-old suspects were arrested on June 8 and 9. Ottawa police are continuing to look for a third suspect, a 17-year-old girl, who they say will face similar charges as the girls already in custody.

Investigators say if they haven't found her by next week they will consider making an application to a judge for her identity to be released.

Ottawa police are continuing to look for a third suspect, a 17-year-old girl, who they say will face similar charges as the girls already in custody.

Investigators say if they haven't found her by next week they will consider making an application to a judge for her identity to be released.

Under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, a suspect under 18-years-old can't be named unless special permission is granted.
