BLAINE LAKE, Sask. -- Four people have died in a crash that involved three different vehicles on a stretch of highway north of Saskatoon.

The crash happened Saturday afternoon on Highway 12, south of the community of Blaine Lake.

RCMP say a Pontiac Grand Prix, a Honda Civic and a Dodge minivan were all involved in the collision.

Police say three other people with non-life-threatening injuries have been taken to hospital in Saskatoon.

RCMP are still investigating what caused the crash.
