WINNIPEG -- A man who says he was sexually harassed by a Manitoba judge will have standing at her disciplinary hearing.
Alexander Chapman has won the right to have his lawyer question three witnesses, including Justice Lori Douglas.
The Canadian Judicial Council is investigating allegations that Douglas harassed Chapman.
The judge's husband showed Chapman naked photos of Douglas and encouraged Chapman to have sex with her, although that never happened.
The judge has denied any wrongdoing and says her husband acted without her knowledge.
She could lose her job, depending on the outcome of the hearing.
