SARNIA, Ont. -- Two people face murder charges in connection with the death of a woman found near the southwestern Ontario city of Sarnia.

Police discovered the body of 27-year-old Noelle Paquette in a woodlot in St. Clair on Wednesday.

She was first reported missing New Year's Day after leaving a party in downtown Sarnia around 2 a.m.

Police say two local residents were arrested without incident yesterday afternoon in London and placed into custody.

Tanya Bogdanovich, 31, and 19-year-old Michael MacGregor are each charged with first-degree murder and due in court for a bail hearing this afternoon.

Police say an autopsy of Paquette is continuing at a a London hospital.
